Fees vary depending on the complexity and number of components per project. I can generally quote a fee over the phone once I know what is involved. Normally I charge a flat fee for my services. Occasionally I work with clients on a pre-arranged fee plus royalty basis, much as a novelist may negotiate a residual with a publisher. Once a business relationship has been established, I offer terms.

I work on all aspects of your creative, so if there is any delay, I will keep you posted regarding the estimated completion time. Much effort goes into each project . . . implementation of headlines and copy, graphics, always refinement, modification, fine-tuning to the finish.
All copy, design and graphics are delivered in a tight comp format, basically ready for printing. No chicken scratch layouts or crude pencil drawings. I do all the layout and copywriting services myself, providing electronic files inclusive of type fonts, graphic links and images. Work is created on a MAC computer utilizing Adobe In-Design. I do not hire junior writers.

No, the marketer/seller of the product or service is responsible for all issues related to legal compliance with U.S. and international laws and advertising practices. Moreover — it is incumbent on the marketer to seek legal review and compliance as I am not an attorney. As part of my commitment to the client/marketer, I will revise any copy and/or graphics based on legal or client suggestion or mandate until final attorney approval is reached. My job is to write and design the advertising, the business owner is responsible for legal aspects relative to their product or service.
